Lena, an artist, envisioned a meditative project: xvideo54.com streamed 54 short, silent videos — one for each day of a year’s kindness challenge. Each clip showed a small, gentle act — mending a sweater, sharing soup, planting a sapling. Visitors were invited to pick one and perform it. Over time, real-world ripples formed from those tiny seeds.
