At its core, vArranger 2 takes Standard MIDI Files (SMF) and Yamaha-style accompaniment files (STY) and turns them into interactive, real-time backing tracks. You play a chord on your MIDI keyboard, and the software generates a full band accompaniment (drums, bass, guitar, strings, etc.) that follows your chord changes in real time.
