Mobile power users and developers often need command-line Android tools (adb, fastboot) on-device for debugging, flashing, and recovery tasks without relying on a host computer. This paper presents an end-to-end approach: cross-compiling ADB/Fastboot with Android NDK, preparing binaries, creating a Magisk module, and implementing an in-module updater ("upd download") to fetch updated binaries.
