The new Eboots come bundled with POPS versions 3.02 through 6.61. Tekken 2 is notoriously picky. Version 3.71 has perfect audio but crashes on Eddy’s stage. Version 6.60 runs everything but has slight graphical glitches on the character select screen. The "new" pack allows you to hold the R trigger during boot to switch POPS versions on the fly.
