As Jameson sat down to watch the mysterious movie, he was surprised to find it was about him—or, at least, a character very much like him. The movie depicted a sheriff, in a not-so-distant future, solving a series of bizarre and inexplicable events in his town. The main difference was that the movie's sheriff seemed to have powers Jameson could only dream of.
