Download and extract the Huawei Multi-Download Tool package to a folder on your desktop. Run the Executable: Locate and double-click Qpblfbml01.exe to open the interface. Load the Firmware: button (often represented by a three-dot icon). When prompted for a password, leave it blank and click "Set". Select your device's firmware file. Connect and Flash:
