Build 39 uses the old point system. You have 10 points to spend on positives, and you can take up to 10 points in negatives. Here is the optimal min-max.
Building in Build 39 is different. Zombies can destroy player-made walls in about 30 seconds.
Never take the Sunday Driver trait. In Build 39, if you drive over grass or tow another vehicle with this trait, you will practically crawl, making you a sitting duck for a swarm.
