The story follows two cunning conmen, (Shiva Rajkumar) and Balaraju (Prabhu Deva), who are serving a prison sentence. They are tasked by a jailer (played by Rockline Venkatesh ) to visit his drought-stricken home village, Nandikoluru , and convince his stubborn father to move to the city. Upon arrival, the duo discovers a village on the brink of collapse due to severe water scarcity and migration.
