Save data is region-locked. A North American save file will not work with a European (PAL) version of the game.
Once you have a "Clear" save file, you can start an Ex-Game. This carries over your OE (Over Energy) chips, weapon levels, and BP (Bounty Points). 3rd Birthday Psp Save Data
